Aaron was awesome!! I made a lot of offers (8-10), many of them significantly lower than asking price. I also had a few things go to contract and then fall through. Aaron was super patient through it all and never pressured me to offer more than I was comfortable with. He was also incredibly responsive and always available 24/7, which is crazy to me.
